It was a sunny day when me and my brother went swimming. I was running down the hot sand, I was first to enter the water till my brother caught up to me because he was a better swimmer than me.Our family lived besides the beach. My mum always watched us swim until we got better. We swam every day to the island and and back.

I stopped, my brother was still swimming. He was so far from me.I was shouting to him to stop and wait for me.He stopped and looked at me.He shouted at me and said “come on”.I said “I saw a shadow in the water”.It was the first time the water was getting warmer.I looked up, I thought it was the clouds shadow but there was no clouds.I saw a shark thin coming towards me. I got scared, I was starting to swim faster.I got so tired I stopped. My brother wasn't scared, it was like he didn't care about his own brother. The shark jumped over me.

The shark jumped over me.I was scared. My hands were over my head. I was crying. I did not get to see the shark. Once it was got back in the water. My brother laughed he said to me “why you crying”, I said “because a shark jumped over my head. He told me it was just a dolphin.
